Bad feelings, negative thoughts and bad habits were learned at the subconscious leavel and they can be relearned at the same way using hypnosis.
Hypnosis goes directly to your subconscious.
The conscious mind is the part you are conscious of, is the critical part of your mind and only constitutes 10-12% of who you are. The subconscious mind is the part that directs your conduct through the habits and emotional desires acquired from the influences of your environment, before you were old enough to reject harmful ideas and concepts. Through proper use of autosuggestion during the hypnotic state you reprogram the subconscious mind to make decisions favorable to your welfare.
Conscious/Subconscious Mind.
The Subconscious Mind blinks your eyes, digests your food, beats your heart, regulates breathing etc. The Conscious Mind thinks, reasons, solves problems, learns tasks etc.

Hypnosis has been approved by the British Medical Association in 1955 and the American Medical Association in 1958. The American Psychological Association approved hypnosis as a science in 1960. Can you make me do something embarrassing?
A Hypnotist can’t make you do anything you don’t want to, even if it’s good for you. Suggestions may be taken to heart, but only if those suggestions acceptable to the hypnotised person. Forget what you’ve seen in the movies, you are actually more in control of your mind & body during hypnosis than at any other time because your attention is focused. Clinical hypnosis is very different from stage hypnosis, so you will not be asked to do anything that is foolish or useless. Hypnosis is not a form of mind control. When you are in hypnosis you will not do something against your will. All moral and ethical codes that you have in your normal waking state will still be in place in hypnosis. Also, you will not say anything that you don’t want to do and will not reveal any “secrets”. You remain in complete control at all times.

How long will it take?
Each person and every situation is unique, so there is no way to say in advance how many sessions you will need. Some clients get what they need from only one session and they leave feeling dramatically transformed. A rough average might be anywhere from 3 to 5 sessions, though some clients have come for years because they love the process so much and consider it an essential service, such as getting a massage once or twice a month. Many clients say that it feels better than a massage, because their mind relaxes too!

During the sleep conscious and subconscious mind integrate all the new learnings together.
Will I remember everything that happens during the session?
Yes and No. Sometimes people think that they have heard everything, and upon questioning realize that they did not. Some people do hear everything and some don’t remember anything! Every session is different. As you become more accustomed to moving into deeper states of hypnosis.

People using self-hypnosis enter into a trance state, as in some forms of meditation, and feel relaxed upon coming out of it.

Mind Body connection?
For centuries, doctors have pondered the connection between mental and physical health. In recent years, science has begun to recognize the powerful connections through which emotional, spiritual, and behavioral factors can directly affect health outcomes. As research in the field of mind-body medicine is finding, emotions and thought patterns can contribute to imbalances within the body.
Related to mind-body therapies are therapies that use the body to affect the mind, such as yoga, tai chi, qigong, and some types of dance (these are sometimes called body-mind therapies). Ultimately mind-body and body-mind therapies are interrelated: the body affects the mind, which in turn impacts the body (and the mind.)
What is energy healing?
Energy Healing is a broad term for any therapy that stimulates the energy flow in or around the human body to restore balance on all levels, thereby enabling the physical body to heal itself. Basically clearing blocks and interferences from the biofield. It’s all about helping people to release the feelings and life experiences that are holding them back. The beauty of adding energy healing into the mix, in the way I do, allows me to explore the invisible aspects often overlooked by other types of therapies. It allows me to explore the multi-dimensional nature of the human journey, and the energetic influences surrounding each and every person.
Energetic healing takes a holistic approach that looks beyond the physical body to manipulating the subtle energy systems where the cause of the imbalance can be located. There are in fact hundreds of defined modalities. Some of the more well know therapies that could fall under the heading of “energy healing” include Reiki, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Pranic ThataHealing, Thought Field Therapy, EFT, Acupuncture and Tong Ren Therapy. Even Yoga could be considered a type of energy healing. A union between body and spirit, an essential ingredient for energy to flow.
What Are Trapped Emotions?
Each emotion has its own vibratory signature, and when intense emotions are felt, they can become trapped in your body, much like a ball of energy. Your thoughts and emotions, many of which are driven by subconscious beliefs and long-forgotten experiences, are a powerful force that can aid or degenerate your health. By Dr. Mercola
What is Reiki energy healing?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful and effective system of no-touch energy healing. How Chakra balancing session work?
Chakra balancing and chakra cleansing can be your missing element for the perfect health that you have desired. Chakra healing is essential if you ever want to enjoy a flawless energy flow and optimum health condition. Chakras are the life-giving wheels located throughout our body where our life-force energy is stored, also known as “Chi”, “Ki”, “Qi” or “Prana”. These energetic centers are responsible for the flow of energy throughout your entire organism and the eastern philosophy emphasizes that it is the “blocked chakra wheels” that can stop the free-flowing energy in our bodies and therefore cause illnesses, diseases and pain. The chakras, like everything else in this world are completely connected between each other and with every other cell in our bodies. The chakras run from the top of the head down to the base of your spine. However, in energy work, we start from the bottom of your spine. The energy runs up through each of the chakras along the spine like a tunnel. During a chakra balancing session, the practitioner assesses the flow of energy and removes blockages, as well, as evens out the flow from all the chakras. By balancing your chakras, you will be able to establish a good ground work for cleansing your entire body form blocks, while at the same time rejuvenating and renewing your entire energy.
