I believe that we all are remarkable human beings, exactly the way we are right now. However, I also believe that there is a ‘greater’ version of us that can be accessed through not only the right nutrition and physical activity, but by effectively balancing our body’s energies and through transformational mind work.
In order to become this incredible, strong, happy and healthy version of yourself, you first have to create balance between your body, mind and the energy you operate internally.
My unique combination of the above allows my clients to create rapid and lasting change in their lives. Getting to the root cause of a problem ensures it can no longer manifest or return in a different form later in life.
The advances in neuroscience and neuropsychology have shown that mind and body are inextricably linked. Your mind and body are in constant communication, with a flow of neurotransmitters from the brain to the cells of the body and then back again. We know the mind tells the body how to behave, but the body can tell the mind how to think and feel also.
To live our lives authentically, healthily and happily, our bodies require balance and the ability to communicate positively. Mental stress and unresolved trauma can affect the wellbeing of our physical body just as physical pain can manifest in mental pain or illness. Limiting mental patterns accumulated through trauma accumulates in us all, creating unconscious negative mental talk that holds us back from reaching our fullest potentials until healthily addressed.
When you become conscious of patterns of behaviour, you will have the ability to take charge of your thoughts, actions and ultimately, the goals and outcomes that you set for yourself.
Integrated Wellbeing is a holistic approached to wellness where we re-integrate the body and mind, re-programming their negative relationship and transforming it into a positive one, allowing clients to experience the optimum life that they desire.
To start fresh we must detox our body mind and energy of self-limiting blocks, old beliefs and unhealthy behaviour patterns that keep us from realising our potential to heal.

My holistic approach provides you with an empowering way to work with your mind, body and emotions to experience positive, healthy, and lasting results. I integrate advanced hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming techniques, time line regression, life coaching and a variety of advanced energy healing modalities. I create packages designed specifically to assist my clients in achieving their desired outcomes in the most efficient and effective of ways.
